The data and its source

Fees, rules, going rates, processing times and the register of licensed sponsors are published by the Home Office on GOV.UK and reused under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0). Neither the Home Office nor any public body endorses this site. The calculations built on them (thresholds, totals, dates) are this site's own and are presented as such.

Liability

The official figures are read on GOV.UK and the calculations are tested before each release, yet errors cannot be ruled out. The publisher is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of this site. Please report any error through the contact page.

Intellectual property

Texts, design and code belong to the publisher; short quotations with a link are welcome. Crown copyright material remains under the Open Government Licence.
