Sources

Only primary sources: the Home Office fee tables, the Immigration Rules and their appendices, the GOV.UK guidance of each route, UKVI processing times, the Home Office caseworker guidance and the register of licensed sponsors. Articles, forums and other calculators are never used as a source of a figure. Each page lists the documents it relies on and the date they were read; the method page explains each calculation.

What is calculated, and what is not

A calculator applies a rule that can be written down: a threshold, a fee, a formula, a number of days. Where the rules leave a decision to the caseworker (a genuine job, a compelling reason for an absence, the suitability of evidence) the site says so instead of guessing. Proposals that are not yet in the Immigration Rules, such as earned settlement, are described as proposals and never used in a calculation.

Independence

Radif Partners has no link with the Home Office, with law firms, advisers, recruiters or employers, and receives nothing from them. The site collects no leads and sells no consultation. There is no advertising today; if some is added it will be marked and kept away from the calculators.

Updates and corrections

Fees and rules are read again with every new fee table and Statement of Changes, and at least every 12 months; the sponsor register is copied every working day. A reported error is checked against the official document and corrected, with the date of the change. Write through the contact page.

Not legal advice and not affiliated with the Home Office. The calculators apply the published Immigration Rules and fee table to the figures you enter; the caseworker decides on the evidence you send, and rules change with each Statement of Changes.
